The inspiration for the design was taken from a Singaporian green/eco culture where people do not think that building should fulfill only one function - living area. 
It was well designed to comply with world-class standards to Maximize the use of Natural Sources of Heat, Cooling, Ventilation to create comfortable conditions inside a building that help saving up to 40% of energy costs.
